FlowState Charts is a charting terminal for crypto markets that computes and displays Orderflow Decision Zones (impulse legs, low-volume-node zones, and delta zones) derived from aggregated market data. The service is a visualization and analysis tool: it does not execute trades, hold funds, or connect to exchange accounts. Features may change over time.

4. Accounts & billing

• You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
• The free tier provides the terminal on market data delayed by approximately 14 days. No credit card is required.
• The paid subscription unlocks live data and live Decision Zones. Prices and billing intervals are shown at checkout and billed in advance via our payment provider, Stripe.
• You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, after which your account returns to the free tier.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise.

5. Market data

Market data shown in the service is aggregated from third-party sources. We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or availability, and it may be delayed or interrupted at any time. Data on the free tier is intentionally delayed. The service grants you a personal, non-transferable right to view the data within the product; you may not extract, scrape, or redistribute it.

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable law or third-party rights
• Attempt to break, overload, or reverse engineer the service
• Access the service by automated means except as we explicitly allow
• Share account credentials or resell access without our written permission

7. Intellectual property

The service, including its software, design, zone algorithms, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable law. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service for your own trading analysis. Chart annotations you draw in the terminal are stored locally in your browser and remain yours.

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability arising from these Terms is limited to the fees paid by you to us for the service in the twelve (12) months before the claim, except for liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, or risk to the platform. Upon termination, your right to access the service ends.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new date; material changes will be announced in the product or by email. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance, except where additional consent is required by law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
