Placeholder terms for FlowState Charts

1. Agreement

These Terms govern access to and use of FlowState Charts provided by:

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The service

FlowState Charts is a SaaS product that provides orderflow charting and Decision Zones (including impulse legs, LVN voids, and delta zones) for educational and analytical use. It does not execute trades or provide investment advice. Features may change over time.

3. Accounts & billing

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
  • Paid plans unlock live data access unless otherwise stated at checkout.
  • Free trials show delayed market data (typically 14 days behind). Trials convert to paid plans only when you complete checkout.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Violate applicable law or third-party rights
  • Attempt to break or reverse engineer the service
  • Upload malware or abuse the platform to harm others
  • Resell access without our written permission

5. Customer content & charts

You retain rights to content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service. Chart overlays and zones may be incomplete or inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing them before use. The service does not provide professional advice.

6. Confidentiality & privacy

Each party will protect the other's confidential information with reasonable care. Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. A DPA is available on request via /dpa.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability arising from these Terms is limited to the fees paid by you to us for the service in the twelve (12) months before the claim, except for liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, or risk to the platform. Upon termination, your right to access the service ends; content export windows may apply as described in the product or DPA.

9. Changes

We may update these placeholder Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance, except where additional consent is required by law.
