We do not use customer content to train foundation models.

We share data with subprocessors that help us operate the product (hosting, auth, billing, AI inference). See the Trust Center for an overview. We do not sell personal data.

We use encryption in transit, encryption at rest for sensitive data, organization isolation, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please contact us if you have concerns.

6. Retention

We retain account and content data while your organization is active, and for a limited period after termination as needed for backups, legal obligations, or dispute resolution. Details can be set in a DPA.
